Frequently asked questions
Which hotels in Prague do you decorate?
Any hotel, apartment or boutique guesthouse within Prague. We arrange access to the room directly with the reception team.
How do you get into my room before I arrive?
After you order, we send you a short ready-made message for your hotel. Once the hotel agrees, their staff let us into the room shortly before your check-in time.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 3–7 days ahead, especially for weekends and holidays. We can often help with requests for the next day — just ask on WhatsApp.
When and how do I pay?
Sending the form is free and non-binding. We confirm all details with you on WhatsApp first and then send a secure payment link.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel up to 2 days before your arrival and receive a full refund.
Can I add a name or an age in balloons?
Yes. In the Extras step you can add Name Balloons (priced per letter) and Number Balloons (a set of 2 numbers), both matched to your color theme.
Will the decoration look exactly like the photos?
Photos show the style and amount of decoration. Every hotel room is different, so we adapt the arrangement to the layout of your room.
